Serving Meals at the Ronald McDonald House

Recently, we had the honor of cooking and serving dinner for the incredible families staying at the Ronald McDonald House Fort Worth!
We made tacos and brownies — Mack’s favorites — as part of a tradition that means so much to us. We regularly celebrate her by eating Mexican food together and by sharing her love for Mexican food with others.
Serving families at RMH is something we are especially passionate about. During Mack’s treatment, we were incredibly blessed to have family in Houston who opened their home to us — we never had to worry about where we would stay or if there would be a warm meal to eat. We know that isn’t the reality for so many families walking through difficult medical journeys, and it’s something we don’t take for granted.
Because of that, it means so much to us to be able to show up in this small way — to help provide a warm meal, a moment of relief, and a reminder that they are cared for.
Thank you to the families who allowed us to be a part of your evening — and to everyone who supports MKF and helps make moments like this possible. 🩷🩵💛
